Antique rocking chair refinished and upholstered

This antique oak rocking chair came into the shop upholstered with vinyl over the original leather and had fallen into disrepair. The joints were loose and the finish was flaking off. The padding under the seat was old and beyond re-using. We completly re-glued the chair,stripped the old finish and refinished it in a medium oak color with a satin finish. The seat was respringed and re-upholstered with real leather.
